Coalition Leader Peter Dutton has sustained his drive to question Prime Minister Anthony Albanese over the processing of visa applications of people arriving from Gaza.
“Processing a visa application while somebody is offshore in a third country like Jordan means a person can be stopped before getting to Australia,” Mr Dutton said.
“The last government used this process when bringing those people from Syria. The prime minister says the process for granting 2,900 tourist visas to those coming from the terrorist-controlled Gaza zone follows the same process
“Can the prime minister advise in which third-party country these people were sent to for screening before they came to Australia?” Dutton asked.
